Support Union Jobs By Supporting The NEXT Renewable Fuels Port Westward Project

The deadline to register your support for the proposed NXTClean Fuels Port Westward project is April 20th, and we need your help to bring the project's union jobs to our area.
Port Westward is on the Oregon side of the Oregon-Washington border, but during construction the NEXT project will create more than 3,000 union jobs that will prioritize local hiring - including union members from Southern Washington. During operation, NEXT will create more than 240 family-wage jobs from our local talent pool under an already-signed union neutrality agreement.
For these reasons and more, the NXTClean Fuels Port Westward project has earned the support of the Washington State Building Trades Council and the Longview Kelso Building Trades Council. Members of the LKBTC have been supporting this project for more than five years and have actively participated in local, state and federal permitting comment hearings.
